The winner of the tender (Open competition) conducted by the Representative Office of the Head of the Executive Power of the Absheron region for the city of Khirdalan has been announced.
As Yeniavaz.com reports with reference to published official information, the winner of the tender held by the executive power of the Absheron region was Xezer-Construction LLC (TIN - 1603218151).
It should be noted that the executive power of the Absheron region will pay Xezer-Construction LLC 1 million 927 thousand 615 manats 41 kopecks for repair and restoration work in the city of Khirdalan.
An interesting point in the tender competition is that Heydar Aliyev Avenue, which is supposed to be renovated in the city of Khirdalan, was completely reconstructed only 3 years ago.
For example, the tender shows that 1513.6 sq.m. of tameto stones will be removed, and new ones will be installed in their place.
However, 3 years ago - in 2020 - information disseminated by the executive power of the Absheron region indicated that, as part of the work carried out on Heydar Aliyev Avenue, pedestrian sidewalks were being reconstructed.

It should be noted that Xezer-Construction LLC became the winner of the next tender held by the representative office of the head of the executive power of the Absheron region in the city of Khirdalan about a month ago. According to the terms of the tender, the executive power of the Absheron region will pay Xezer-Construction LLC 1 million 261 thousand 45 manats 32 kopecks for repair work in the city of Khirdalan.
It is interesting that some of the streets that were to be renovated at the tender competition in the city of Khirdalan were completely renovated only 3 years ago.
