The Ministry of Science and Education filed a lawsuit against Urkhan Seyidov, the son of Milli Majlis deputy, head of the delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Samed Seyidov.
As reported by Yeniavaz.com with reference to Ekonominfo.az, the trial was conducted by Judge of the Sabail District Court Rena Gafarova.
The lawsuit is reported to be related to disputes over contractual obligations.
It should be noted that Urkhan Seyidov is the legal representative of Snur LLC (TIN - 1301634391), registered in 2008 and having an authorized capital of 40 manats.
