The Main Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the City of Baku under the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture issued Nardaran Invest Limited Liability Company (LLC) a permit to build two two-story residential buildings at 703 Mubariz Ibrahimov Street, Sabunchu district of Baku.
Yeniavaz.com reports with reference to published official data, the total area of the houses, consisting of 36 apartments, will be 7 thousand 54 square meters. The apartments will be 1-, 2- and 3-room.

For information, several months ago the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture allowed Nardaran Invest LLC to build an 8-story residential building with an area of 13 thousand 365.86 square meters in the territory of the “Sea Breeze” recreation area, Baku city, Sabunchu district, northern part of the village of Nardaran. Previously, several 8-story residential buildings were built on the territory of the Sea Breeze recreation area.
It should be noted that the “Sea Breeze” residential and health complex belongs to the People’s Artist of Azerbaijan Emin Agalarov. This complex includes villas, apartments, hotels, as well as recreational and entertainment facilities.
