Although the tender competition conducted by the Repatriation Department of the State Committee for Refugees and Internally Migrants (“Qaçqınkom”) has ended, information on the progress of the planned work has not been disclosed.
Yeniavaz.com reports that on November 28, “Qaçqınkom” announced a tender for the resettlement of 270 internally displaced families to the city of Shusha, and on December 7 – 180 families. The winner of the tender was Evakuator.Az LLC (TIN – 1503392351).
According to the terms of the competition, “Evakuator.Az” LLC received from “Qaçqınkom” 246 thousand 600 manats for the resettlement of 270 families of internally displaced persons to the city of Shusha on December 21-30, and 176 thousand 400 manats for the resettlement of 180 families of internally displaced persons to the city of Shusha on December 28-30 .
Please note that the implementation period provided for by the tender ends today. However, there was no official or unofficial information about the resettlement to the city of Shusha.
As director of the “Qaçqınkom” department Ibrahim Mirzaev said in an interview published yesterday in the press, resettlement to the city of Shusha will be carried out in 2024.
It should also be noted that Evakuator.Az LLC, which will carry out the transfer work, was registered in 2016. The legal representative of the LLC with an authorized capital of 10 manats is Zeynalov Agil Ismail ogly. Zeynalov Agil Ismail ogly is also the director of Yük Taksisi.Az LLC, founded in 2013.
For information, “166 Global Logistics” LLC became the winner of a similar tender held earlier by “Qaçqınkom”. However, that tender was held after the move.
