Kerimov Sarvan Idris oglu, one of 17 people wishing to participate as a candidate in the early presidential elections to be held on February 7, filed a lawsuit against the Central Election Commission (CEC).
Yeniavaz.com reports that the lawsuit will be considered by the judge of the Baku Commercial Court, Sharafat Mammadova.
The lawsuit is reported to be related to the protection of voting rights.
