Yeniаvaz.com reports that compared to the previous auction held on August 27, the demand for foreign currency increased by 4.6 million dollars.
Thus, at the auction held on August 27, currency worth 75.8 million dollars was sold.
For information, over the last period since the beginning of the current year, the Central Bank held 62 auctions, at which a total of 4 billion 720.5 million dollars were sold.
It should also be noted that from the beginning of August of this year to date, a total of 649.1 million dollars in foreign currency have been sold, which is 62% or 248.07 million dollars more than in the same period last year.
