Armenia PM to Iraq supreme court chief judge: Economic ties develop where there is justice

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received a delegation headed by the President of the Federal Supreme Court of Iraq, Judge Jassim Muhammad Abboud.
The premier emphasized the development of Armenia’s cooperation with Iraq in constitutional justice—and in justice in general, the PM's office informs Armenian News-NEWS.am.
Pashinyan noted that he fondly remembers the Iraqi president's visit to Armenia, the meetings he had with the Iraqi prime minister, and added that such high-level mutual visits testify to the dynamic nature of bilateral relations. Also, the Armenian premier stressed the need to strengthen cooperation between Armenia and Iraq in economy, adding that economic ties develop where there is justice.
In turn, the President of the Federal Supreme Court of Iraq noted that their cooperation with Armenia in constitutional justice is consistently developing. Also Abboud underscored the role of the Armenian community of Iraq in the development of the country and its expansion of relations with Armenia.
The interlocutors exchanged views also on the existing problems in constitutional justice and the possible avenues for resolving them.
