Azerbaijani CEC to prepare protocol on recent parliamentary poll

A protocol of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Azerbaijan will be drawn up in connection with the snap parliamentary election, the CEC Deputy Chairman Rovzat Gasimov said during today’s CEC meeting in Baku, AzVision.az reports.
He noted that the work of district election commissions should be considered completed.
“Therefore, a protocol must be drawn up,” he explained.
The CEC Chairman, Mazahir Panahov, pointed out that it's necessary to take a break to draw up the protocol.
“When preparing the protocol, you should carefully read the numbers. CEC Secretary Arifa Mukhtarova and commission members Ilkin Shahbazov and Ramiz Ibrahimov will take part in drawing up the protocol,” Panahov added.
The snap parliamentary election was held in Azerbaijan on September 1.
