Mingəçevir Balıq OJSC (TIN - 2700228501) filed a lawsuit against Az Varvara LLC (TIN - 1304553851) and the former head of this company, Manuchehr Ahadpur Hangah Ali.
Yeniavaz.com reports that the lawsuit was filed for consideration by the judge of the Baku Commercial Court Gunay Namazova.
It is noted that the lawsuit is related to disputes over property rights.
For information, Az Varvara LLC (TIN-1304553851), against which the lawsuit was filed, was registered in 2016. The legal address of the company with an authorized capital of 200 manats is located at the address: "Mingachevir city, K. Huseynov, house 26A". After Manuchehr Ahadpur Hangah, Hijran Vidadi gizi Mamedova became the legal representative of the LLC.
It should be noted that Manuchehr Ahadpur Hangah managed dozens of companies located at the address: Hagverdiyev House, 21, Yasamal District. The name of Manuchehr Akhadpur Khangakh was mentioned in the media for a long time together with the holding company “Gilan”, which belongs to the family members of the Minister of Emergency Situations Kamaladdin Heydarov.
