BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 1. The seventh
meeting of the Organizing Committee in connection with the 29th
session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework
Convention on Climate Change (COP29) was held on October 1,

Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of
Azerbaijan, Chairman of the Organizing Committee Samir Nuriyev
noted the work done since the last meeting to implement the Action
Plan on COP29 in accordance with the instructions of President
Ilham Aliyev.
Noting that President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev
pays constant attention to the process of preparation for COP29,
the Chairman of the Organizing Committee informed that the head of
state, familiarizing with the work related to the preparation for
COP29 at the Baku Olympic Stadium on September 10, gave relevant
instructions.
