The results of the tender held by the Fund for Social Development of Internally Displaced Persons have been announced.
Yeniavaz.com reports that the winner of the Fund’s tender was Konsept Holding LLC (TIN – 1500015641).
The winning company will carry out demolition work on existing destroyed and demolished residential buildings and other buildings in connection with the construction of the rural settlement of Shukurbeyli for 1042 families (at the first stage - 635 families) in the Jebrail region.
Konsept Holding LLC will demolish 839.24 square meters of concrete foundations and buildings with a total area of 17,661.1 square meters in the village of Shukurbeyli.
At the same time, it will transport 38,813.07 tons of waste over a distance of 31 km. In addition, waste will be sorted over an area of 20,207.08 square meters.
The Social Development Fund for Internally Displaced Persons will pay Konsept Holding LLC 720 thousand 299 manats 95 kopecks for the work.
For information, Konsept Holding LLC with an authorized capital of 2000 manats was registered by the state in 2000. The legal address of the LLC is located at: Baku city, Nasimi district, M. Mirgasimov street, building 29, apartment 150A. The legal representative of the LLC is Mustafazadeh Nasir Nadir oglu.
The LLC previously operated under the name “Azəri Servis LTD” LLC. The legal representative of LLC Nasir Mustafazadeh previously worked at the state concern “Azərkəndsutəchizatı”. In 2017, he was awarded the honorary title “Honored Engineer”.
The name of Nasir Mustafazadeh surfaced some time ago in connection with the 554 apartments he owns in Germany. From information published in the press, it became known that Nasir Mustafazadeh sold 554 apartments with a total area of 31 thousand 670 square meters to a person named Mustafa Erdogan.
According to the technical passport of the building, Nasir Mustafazadeh bought the building in June 2010. 75 percent of the property was registered in his name and 25 percent in the name of his 72-year-old partner Sadik Tekin Evren. A year later, Evren died, and Nasir Mustafazadeh became the sole owner of 554 apartments.
