According to calculations by Yeniavaz.com, citing published official data, this is 3.7%, or 1.3 kg, less than the figure recorded in female-headed households.
Thus, in Azerbaijan, in households where the head of the family is a woman, 36.3 kg of meat and meat products are consumed per person.
It should be noted that, with the exception of eggs, consumption of other food items in households with a female head of household was higher than in households with a male head of household.
