Agricultural lands close to residential areas within the borders of inhabited villages and settlement territorial units in the liberated territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan will be leased to residents of villages and settlements (for annual and perennial crops) on preferential terms, as determined by the body (institution) determined by the relevant executive authority, this was reflected in the amendment to the law "On Land Lease" approved by President Ilham Aliyev, APA reports.
According to the law, in the liberated territories of the Republic of Azerbaijan, agricultural lands will be leased to business entities in accordance with the procedure determined by the body (institution) determined by the relevant executive authority through investment competitions.
