The State Agency for Compulsory Health Insurance entered into an agreement with a company that carried out major renovation work on a building in the city of Lachin, which will function as the central hospital of the region after the start of work.

“Five days ago (November 24 - ed.), the central hospital of the Lachin region published information on its Facebook page that the building in the city of Lachin was being overhauled into a hospital.
From the photographs you can see that this is the height of renovation. On the same day (November 24), the State Agency for Compulsory Health Insurance entered into an agreement with one of the companies to perform these works. It’s logical that the construction company started repair work earlier, isn’t it?” Babaly wrote.

The company with which the State Agency for Compulsory Health Insurance entered into an agreement in connection with this case is Caspian Road LLC. The Agency will pay LLC 3 million 96 thousand 992 manats 28 kopecks for the overhaul of an existing building located in the city of Lachin for the purpose of temporarily housing the Lachin regional central hospital there.
Aliyev Vusal Zakir ogly is the legal representative of Caspian Road LLC with an authorized capital of 60 thousand 10 manats. The company was registered on August 6, 2020, its legal address: “AZ1122, Baku city, Yasamal district, General Akim Abbasov street, building 1C, apt. 51”.

After the journalist spread information about this, the Facebook page opened in the name of the central hospital of the Lachin region was removed from the platform.
