Yeniavaz.com
reports that the claim was submitted to the judge of the Baku Commercial Court Kanan Huseynov.
For information, the Azerbaijani-Turkish joint venture “Kaspi Yıldız” with an authorized capital of 45 thousand dollars was registered on October 16, 1996. The legal address of the company “Kaspi Yıldız”, the legal representative of which is Mamedov Ramiz Farman ogly, is located at Uzbekistan Street, building 24E, Nizami district.
It should also be noted that Rafet Ekmekcioglu, one of the founders of the Azerbaijani-Turkish joint venture “Kaspi Yıldız”, who is a Turkish citizen, transferred his 50% stake to Igbal Mammadov in January last year. As a result, deputy Igbal Mammadov became the founder of the joint Azerbaijani-Turkish enterprise “Kaspi Yıldız” with a 100 percent share.
The company, founded by Igbal Mamedov, has long been discussed in the press due to the large amount of tax debt to the state budget. Currently, the Azerbaijani-Turkish joint venture “Kaspi Yıldız” has a tax debt to the state budget in the amount of 9 million 392 thousand 818 manats 93 kopecks.
The State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy previously filed a lawsuit against the Azerbaijani-Turkish joint venture Kaspi Yıldız. But it appears that the company's tax debt has still not been paid.
In addition, in connection with disputes over the debt agreement, Kapital Bank, which is considered the largest bank in Azerbaijan (99.87% of its shares belong to Pasha Holding), filed a lawsuit against deputy Igbal Mamedov, as well as Mamedov Nariman Gadir oglu (father of the deputy), Mammadov Chingiz Nariman oglu (brother of the deputy) and the Azerbaijani-Turkish joint venture “Kaspi Yıldız”.
