MP's son may be banned from leaving the country


The Main Department of Local Revenues of the Baku City State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy filed a lawsuit against Elchin Agamaly, the son of deputy Fazail Agamaly, chairman of the Motherland Party.

reports that the court hearing will take place on December 29, 2023, chaired by judge of the Baku Commercial Court Zeinab Akhundova.
For information, the claim is related to disputes about the temporary restriction of the right of individuals who are taxpayers or heads of the executive body of legal entities to leave the country.
It should be noted that Elchin Agamaly, against whom the lawsuit was filed, heads the companies La Vida LLC (TIN - 1300688461) and Altus LLC (TIN - 1500060221).
Currently (as of December 21, 2023), La Vida LLC has a debt to the state budget of 247 manats 33 kopecks, and Altus LLC - 1448 manats 13 kopecks.

LLC “La Vida” was registered on December 13, 2004. The legal address of the LLC with an authorized capital of 10 manats is Narimanov district, Teymur Aliyev, building 67/71 apt. 114.
Altus LLC was registered on April 9, 2003. The legal address of the LLC with an authorized capital of 20 manats is Narimanov district, Masud Alizadeh street, building 112, apt. 10.
We also inform you that last year the Main Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of the city of Baku under the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture gave permission to Gunay Agamali, daughter of Fazail Agamali, to build a facility with a total area of 617.24 square meters, which will be located at Academician Hasan Aliyev Street, 12 D, Nasimi district, block 999.
