The winner of the tender (Open competition) announced by the Open Joint Stock Company “Azərenerji” has been announced.
Yeniavaz.com reports with reference to official information, Electro Service JSC (TIN - 1504224741) won the tender held by Azərenerji JSC for the purpose of purchasing various types of electrical goods.
“Azərenerji” will pay “Electro Service” CJSC 897 thousand 476 manats 47 kopecks for the purchase of various types of electrical goods.
For information, JSC “Electro Service” was registered on October 8, 2018. The legal address of the CJSC with an authorized capital of 2 thousand manats is located at the address: Baku, Heydar Aliyev Avenue, 187B, Narimanov district. Babayev Tural Ali ogly is the legal representative of Electro Service CJSC.
One of the interesting points is the lack of information on open Internet resources about Electro Service CJSC, the winner of million-manat tenders conducted by government agencies. The company does not have an official website or social media accounts. The company, registered in October 2018, just 8-9 months later won a tender worth 787 thousand manats held by Azərişıq OJSC. JSC “Electro Service” won 8 tenders in 2022 and 9 in 2023.
This year, 6 out of 9 tenders won by the company were held by Azərenerji OJSC and Azərişıq OJSC.
Another interesting point: at the time of state registration of Electro Service CJSC, the company’s legal address was located at building 2071, Ziya Bunyadov, Narimanov district. The legal representative of the company was Mamedov Fuad Alkhaz oglu.
It should be noted that the enterprises owned by members of the family of the president of Azərenerji OJSC Balababa (Baba) Rzayev are located in house 2071, Ziya Bunyadov, Narimanov district. For example, Farid Farkhadzade, son-in-law of Baba Rzayev, legal representative of Zira Agropark LLC (TIN - 1503134451), registered the LLC on March 1, 2016 at the same legal address.
Farid Farkhadzadeh is the son of Major General Rufat Farhadov, who is the head of the State Service for Control of Small Vessels and Water Rescue under the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Baba Rzayev’s son-in-law is presented in the media as the manager of Goknur Baku Ltd LLC (TIN – 1500023181). The legal representative of this company is Baba Rzayev’s brother Rakhib Rzayev.
In addition, the company GBS CJSC (TIN-1500855231) is also located at the legal address of Zirə Aqropark LLC - Ziya Buniyatov, building 2071. The facilities owned by this company are located in the same area as the olive factory in Zira. Also, another company was opened under the name "GBS" - GBS Contrasion Electro Mechanical Systems LLC (TIN - 1501472741), which is headed by Emin Rzaev, another brother of Baba Rzaev.
One of the leading companies in the country, Santral Elektrik LTD LLC (TIN 1500023051), is also located at the legal address of Ziya Buniyatov, building 2071. The legal representative of this company is Baba Rzayev’s brother-in-law Hasanov Ilham Agamasim.
Tural Babayev, the current legal representative of Electro Service CJSC, the winner of the tender for 897 thousand, is unknown. However, open Internet resources mention that Tural Babayev, a resident of the village of Zira, works at Santral Elektrik LTD LLC.
