The price of butter imported from abroad fell by 16%, and in supermarkets by 7%
In January of this year, 1022.5 tons of butter were imported to Azerbaijan for a total cost of 5 million 441.8 thousand dollars.
A calculation by Yeniavaz.com, citing published official data, shows that the average customs value of 1 kilogram of butter imported from abroad was $5.3 (9 manat).
For comparison, for the same period last year, the average customs value of 1 kilogram of imported butter was $6.3 (10.7 manat).
