Azerbaijani FM held phone conversation with Ukraine's new Foreign Minister-UPDATED

On September 10, 2024, a telephone conversation took place between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, and the newly appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andrey Sibiga, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs told APA.
During the telephone conversation, the current agenda of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Ukraine, as well as regional and international security issues were discussed.
Minister Jeyhun Bayramov heartily congratulated his colleague on his appointment as Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and wished him success in his work.
It was stated that mutual respect and support between the two countries, as well as cooperation based on the norms and principles of international law, is a source of satisfaction.

A phone conversation took place between the new Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, Andrii Sybiha wrote on his X account, APA reports.
"Spoke with Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov about bilateral and multilateral issues, as well as shared challenges. We reaffirmed our mutual respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity. I expect our cooperation to reflect the friendly ties between our peoples," the Ukrainian Minister noted.
