The captain of a Lufthansa aircraft operating the Mumbai–Munich flight has requested an emergency landing at Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
The reason for this was the sudden deterioration in the health of one of the passengers on board.
The Airbus A350 aircraft successfully landed at Baku Airport at 06:47 local time.
The passenger was immediately given first aid at the airport and handed over to an emergency medical team.
