The announcement of the liquidation of a company called “Pirallahı” was posted on the official website of the “Vergilər” newspaper, owned by the State Tax Service.
Yeniavaz.com reports that a company with the name indicated in the registry data of the State Tax Service does not exist.
The advertisement posted in the “Vergilər” newspaper did not indicate the organizational and legal form of the company (OJSC, CJSC, LLC, etc.).
The message notes that creditors can present their claims within two months to the address of Baku, Nasimi district, Neftchiler Avenue, building 153.
We inform you that the company “Pirallahı” is also not registered at this address. At the indicated address there is “Pasha Holdinq”, one of the largest companies in the country.
The liquidation announcement also mentioned the TIN of the company “Pirallahı”, which does not exist. However, the State Tax Service register data indicates that this TIN belongs to “AST Beynəlxalq Tikinti” LLC.
The authorized capital of “AST Beynəlxalq Tikinti” LLC, registered by the state in 2007, is 1,000 manats. The legal representative of the LLC, whose legal address is located at: Yasamal district, Nariman Narimanov Avenue, 55, is Aliyev Zeynal Gadzhimed oglu.
It should be noted that “AST Beynəlxalq Tikinti” LLC belongs to the Turkish group of companies “DNA Holding”. This company designed the “Günəş” orphanage and the SOCAR VIP hotel, as well as SOCAR gas stations in Baku.
It is reported that the head of the company, Zeynal Aliyev, is the relative of the former president of SOCAR, Deputy Minister of Economy Rovnag Abdullayev.

Zeynal Aliyev also heads “Azər Aqro” LLC (TIN-1301635741), which is located at the same legal address as “AST Beynəlxalq Tikinti” LLC, and has an authorized capital of 6 million 436 thousand 405 manats. It is reported that Zeynal Aliyev previously headed “Azer Toxum” LLC (TIN - 1301637601) located at the same legal address and with an authorized capital of 15 million 310 thousand 840 manats. Currently, this company is headed by Farid Hamidov.
At the same time, Zeynal Aliyev is the head of “Aneliorator” LLC (TIN – 1701329331) and “Azər Hunting” LLC (TIN - 1701415971), located at Neftchiler Avenue, building 67, apt. 23. Both companies were registered in 2012 with an authorized capital of 20 manats.
It is noted that Zeynal Aliyev previously headed “Azer Yem Sanaye” LLC (TIN - 3800172041) with an authorized capital of 2 million 684 thousand manats. The current head of this company is Rahimov Goja Ruflan oglu.
It should also be noted that the change of management of “Azer Yem Sanaye” LLC, like “Azer Toxum” LLC, occurred approximately 20 days ago.
In addition, Zeynal Aliyev was one of the 6 founders of an insurance company founded in 1998 under the name “Nakhchivan” Commercial Insurance Company, and since 2010 operating under the name “Meqa Sığorta” OJSC. He is currently represented as the owner of 10% of the company's shares.
Zeynal Aliyev's son Rauf Aliyev (son-in-law of Rovnag Abdullayev) is also one of the main shareholders of this insurance company.
Rauf Aliyev is also the main shareholder of Rabita Bank OJSC. 40.6% of the bank's shares belong to Rauf Aliyev.
Rovnag Abdullaev's son-in-law also heads the company Trust Holding LLC (TIN - 1602326211). In February of this year, the companies LLC “AR CONSTRUCTİON” (TIN – 1402830021), LLC “Z KOMMERS” (TIN – 1402886831) and LLC “AS BUILDING” (TIN – 1402886701) were liquidated and renamed “Trust Holding” LLC. The companies included in Trust Holding LLC were previously managed by the children of Rovnag Abdullaev.
Abdullaev's son-in-law is also the legal representative of the Faza Housing and Construction Cooperative (TIN - 1402894241) and Black Sapphire LLC (TIN - 1403649271).
