The executive power of the Jalilabad district gave permission for the construction of a secondary school building for 360 students in the village of Sarhadabad in the district.

According to the information, the executive power of the Jalilabad region, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Science and Education, authorized the construction of a full-fledged secondary school building for 360 students in the village of Sarhadabad based on document No. 15 dated November 27, 2023.
From the disclosed information it follows that on June 12, 2023, expert opinion No. 3-35-2/2-1914/2023 was issued on the compliance of urban planning documentation, and on July 10, 2023, an expert opinion on construction project No. 35,435 was issued.
It is reported that the area permitted for construction of the school is 1941.63 square meters, the total area is 3559.92 square meters, and the number of floors will be 3.
However, in September of this year, the Heydar Aliyev Foundation opened a school building with 360 seats in the village of Sarhadabad. Judging by information in the press, construction of the school began in January of this year.
Interestingly, the construction of the school building, which was commissioned in September, was approved in November.

For information, Article 4.2 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated January 12, 2015 “Content of information included in the State Register of Buildings, Rules for the submission of such information and maintenance of the register” clearly states that the body issuing a construction permit submits documents and information to Register within 3 working days from the date of issue. This data is recorded in the accounting book, entered into the electronic database within 3 (three) working days, and the construction site is assigned a code.
