Yeniavaz.com reports that the legal representative of the LLC with an authorized capital of 20 manats is Alirzayev Safar Jafarali oglu.
The legal address of the company is in the village of Nehram, Babek district.
For information, Safar Alirzayev, a native of the village of Nehram, is the founder and legal representative of Azərbaycanın Təmiz Texnologiyaları OJSC, registered in 2001. In addition, it is reported that Safar Alirzayev is the founder of Azərbaycanın Təmiz Texnologiyaları LLC, whose legal representative is Tofik Farzullaev and which was registered in 2002.
LLC “Azərbaycanın Təmiz Texnologiyaları”, which has a debt to the state budget in the amount of 49 thousand 303 manats 31 kopecks (as of December 28, 2023), has been providing waste disposal services to ships operating in the Caspian Sea for almost 20 years. Several years ago, SOCAR and “Xəzər Dəniz Gəmiçiliyi” CJSC stopped cooperation with the LLC. In 2020, the founder of LLC Safar Alirzaev contacted law enforcement agencies and accused the head of Xəzər Dəniz Gəmiçiliyi CJSC Rauf Veliyev of committing criminal acts.
In addition, a group of residents of the village of Nekhrem appealed to the president to protest against the refusal of government institutions to cooperate with Azərbaycanın Təmiz Texnologiyaları LLC.
