Ilham Aliyev leads presidential election with 92.1 percent of vote - first CEC results

Ilham Aliyev is leading the presidential election with 92.1 percent of vote, Chairman of Azerbaijan’s Central Election Commission (CEC) Mazahir Panahov said, News.az reports.

According to the preliminary results, the candidates received votes as follows:

- Ilham Aliyev - 92.10 percent (2,497,542 votes);
- Zahid Oruj - 2.20 percent;
- Razi Nurullayev - 0.79 percent;
- Fazil Mustafa - 1.99 percent;
- Elshad Musayev - 0.66 percent;
- Gudrat Hasanguliyev - 1.78 percent;
- Fuad Aliyev - 0.48 percent;
