President Ilham Aliyev attends the opening of residential complex built in Jabrayil

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and first lady Mehriban Aliyeva participated in the opening of the residential complex built in Jabrayl city on October 4, and presented the keys to the apartments to the residents of the city who moved to new homes, APA reports.
