In the first 10 months of this year, 16,226 divorces were registered in Azerbaijan.
Yeniavaz.com's calculation based on published official statistics shows that the number of divorces has increased by 31.3% compared to the same period last year.
For information, in the first 10 months of last year, 11,819 divorces were registered in Azerbaijan.
It should also be noted that in January-October of this year, divorces occurred in all cities and regions of Azerbaijan without exception. The smallest number of divorces was recorded in Khankendi (3 divorces) and Sadarak (13 divorces).
The highest rate of divorces per 1000 people was in the Yasamal district (4.5).
