Euro-Asian Construction Corporation “Evrascon” OJSC (TIN – 1000085511) became the winner of the tender conducted by Baku Metro CJSC.
According to Yeniavaz.com, the Baku Metro will pay the winning company 31 million 677 thousand 740 manats 95 kopecks for the restoration of rusted (deformed) cargo structures in the dead-end tracks of the Kh. Aslanov station.
For information, Euro-Asian Construction Corporation “Evrascon” OJSC, which is one of the giant construction companies in Azerbaijan, operated under the name “Azərkörpü” until 2013. CJSC “Azərkörpü” belonged to the state until 2001 and was privatized.
It should be noted that according to the information released, one of the main shareholders of the Euro-Asian Construction Corporation “Evrascon” OJSC (owner of more than 12%) is Sharifova Sadaya Yagub gizi, the wife of former Deputy Prime Minister Abid Sharifov.
It should also be noted that there are numerous companies owned by members of the family of the former Deputy Prime Minister in Azerbaijan and abroad.
Abid Sharifov’s wife is also one of the three partners of the Kəpəz-S company, registered on July 27, 2001.
For information, Abid Sharifov’s grandson Nijat Makhmudov registered a company called “Londoncapsule Limited” at the address “Durweston Street, London, W1H 1PG” in the capital of England on February 14 last year.
He also heads Abeona Global Limited, founded in 2017.
His father is Mamed Makhmudov, head of correctional institution No. 6, and his mother is Tarana Makhmudova, daughter of Abid Sharifova. Currently, T. Makhmudova is the director of the “Optimed” medical center operating in the Narimanov district. Abid Sharifov’s daughter was also the director of A.N.N.N LLC, registered in 2002, and Güvən 2017 LLC, registered in 2017.
